Persons with Disabilities & Inclusive Workforce Participation

Our Commitment to Ability, Dignity, and Opportunity
At Redemption Pathways, we believe that a disability does not disqualify a person from meaningful work, training, or community reintegration. We are committed to providing equitable access to workforce development, job readiness training, and employment pathways for individuals with disabilities who are capable of functioning independently in daily life and participating in society without ongoing personal assistance.

Our programs are designed to support ability, not dependency, and to create opportunities that promote self-sufficiency, accountability, and long-term success.
Who This Program Is Designed For
This program serves individuals with documented physical, sensory, intellectual, developmental, emotional, or mental health disabilities who:

-
Are able to care for themselves independently
-
Can function safely and appropriately in a structured work or training environment
-
Do not require a personal aide, caregiver, or constant supervision
-
Are capable of learning, following instructions, and engaging in social and professional settings
-
Are motivated to pursue employment, vocational training, or career advancement
-

A disability alone does not exclude participation. The determining factor is functional capacity—not diagnosis.
