Supporting Workforce Re-entry and Talent Development
Who We Serve

Redemption Pathways of Labor serves justice-impacted men who are re-entering society and determined to break cycles of incarceration and unemployment. We support individuals facing significant employment barriers related to incarceration, probation, and systemic inequities by providing structured workforce readiness, credentials, and career pathways that lead to sustainable employment. At the same time, we partner with employers, workforce agencies, and community stakeholders seeking reliable, trained, and job-ready talent prepared to contribute meaningfully to today’s labor market.
THE PROBLEM & OUR SOLUTION
Justice-impacted men in Georgia face persistent barriers to employment, including limited access to market-relevant training, employer stigma, gaps in work history, and unmet re-entry and behavioral health needs. These challenges contribute to chronic unemployment, high recidivism rates, economic instability, and disruption to families and communities, undermining statewide workforce development and public safety goals.
Redemption Pathways of Labor responds with a structured, trauma-informed workforce re-entry model designed to move justice-impacted men from incarceration to sustainable employment. The program delivers workforce readiness training, industry-aligned credentials, coordinated case management, and employer-connected job placement, supported by strategic partnerships with workforce agencies and businesses. By aligning participant preparation with labor market demand and providing post-placement support, Redemption Pathways of Labor bridges the gap between re-entry and long-term employment success.
IMPACT:
Through increased job placement, retention, and career advancement, Redemption Pathways of Labor reduces recidivism, strengthens Georgia’s labor force, and promotes economic stability for individuals, families, and communities.
