Our Impact

Redemption Pathways of Labor delivers measurable impact by supporting women and families as they transition from instability toward long-term stability, economic mobility, and strengthened family systems.
Our work centers women as the primary drivers of change while recognizing that when women stabilize, children benefit and families are strengthened. Through coordinated education, workforce re-entry support, case management, and family-centered services, we address the interconnected challenges that affect women and children impacted by justice involvement and systemic barriers.
Our impact includes:
-
Increased workforce participation and job retention for justice-impacted women
-
Improved economic stability through education, training, and employment pathways
-
Strengthened family and household stability, supporting positive outcomes for children
-
Reduced disruption associated with system involvement through coordinated support
-
Enhanced confidence, self-sufficiency, and long-term planning for women and families
By aligning workforce re-entry and talent development with family stabilization strategies, Redemption Pathways of Labor creates outcomes that extend beyond employment—supporting safer homes, healthier families, and more resilient communities.

Who We Serve

Redemption Pathways of Labor serves justice-impacted women and families re-entering society and working to rebuild stability, dignity, and economic independence.

We support individuals facing employment and reintegration barriers related to incarceration, probation, family separation, trauma, and systemic inequities. Through structured workforce readiness, education, and supportive services, participants are prepared for sustainable employment while strengthening family connections and long-term stability.
At the same time, we partner with employers, workforce agencies, and community stakeholders seeking reliable, prepared, and job-ready talent equipped to contribute meaningfully to today’s labor market.
THE PROBLEM & OUR SOLUTION
The Problem
Justice-impacted women—particularly mothers and caregivers—face compounded barriers to successful re-entry, including limited access to education and employment, trauma exposure, family disruption, housing instability, and workforce stigma. These challenges increase the risk of unemployment, recidivism, and intergenerational instability, impacting children, families, and communities across Georgia.
Our Solution
Redemption Pathways of Labor delivers a structured, trauma-informed re-entry and workforce development model designed to stabilize women and strengthen families.
The program integrates:
-
Workforce readiness and employability skills
-
Education and credential attainment
-
Coordinated case management and family support
-
Employer-connected job placement
-
Ongoing mentorship and post-placement follow-up
By aligning labor market demand with individualized support and family-centered stabilization, Redemption Pathways of Labor bridges the gap between re-entry, employment, and long-term independence.
